e-mails

Hello all swimmers and anyone else who is interested.

Senior swimmers I need all of your personal e-mail accounts. Please send me an e-mail to coach_matt@silvertide.ca. Don't worry, I won't spam you all. I am just going to register you to my blog and the entries and results blogs so that you receive an e-mail every time that something is added and pass on any relevant swimming information. This is the first step in you all becoming more responsible for your swimming.

Please send me your e-mails by the end of the week, no message needed.

Dream, Plan, Reach

Dream the dream, set out a plan and you will not be disappointed by what you find.

A new swim season is upon us. I hope that you all enjoyed your summer and were able to enjoy some of the Olympic festivities. There will be no early swimming this year and I look forward to seeing everyone back in the water on September 29th. Prior to that I would like everyone who is interested, to come out for a few team runs to get back into shape. I think that we should get together Tuesdays and Thursdays around 4:30pm starting Tuesday September 9th. I will e-mail out a location and hope to see a lot of you come out. If any of you have some ideas for a run that is about 5-10km pass them my way and I will send out the location for everyone to meet. We will start small and build up from there.

See you all soon.
